HOUSTON -- Arrangeonline.com, a publisher of online obituaries, said T. Allen Walker has joined the company as an investor and adviser. According to the company, Mr. Walker made a substantial investment in the company, though the amount was not disclosed. He will sit on the board of managers of Arrangeonline's parent company, Final Arrangements. Prior to his commitment to Arrangeonline, he was COO of Ibertech, a developer of software products for restaurants and food-service operations. The company has raised approximately $9 million in two rounds.
